• Through Vancouver Island Public Interest Research Group (VIPIRG), a resource bibliography addressing issues of racism, anti-racist work, refugee and immigration process which focused on the Chinese migrants who had arrived in British Columbia during the summer of 1999, was produced. Resource material ranged from newspaper, magazine, and journal coverage (both mainstream and alternative), to academic theorists. Victoria, BC. January – June 2000.

• Involvement with GAATW (Global Alliance Against Trafficking Women), on an importing/exporting project to aide high-risk women with alternate incomes. 1998.

CFPSA/PSP Travel and Recreations Administrator/Supervisor

Department of National Defense, stationed in Tomislavgrad, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Roto 8. Duties included providing travel research and bookings for over 270 Canadian peacekeepers, and organizing sports and recreation clubs. Extensive administrative, organizational, and management duties performed. NATO and Canadian Peacekeeping medals received. January 2001 – September 2001.

• TAR Narrowcasts:
Temporary Autonomous Radio is a Micro Radio Station with limited range. Narrowcasts include Music Festivals, Classroom Narrowcasts, Community Narrowcasts: Spoken Word, RadioArt, Music, and Sounds. All are welcomed to participate. Ongoing.

• 2006 CFUV FM Victoria radio shows (host and tech):
March 15: One hour, feature on Women’s Audio Art compositions
April 12: Panel (four guests) on Women On Air (WOA): Immigration, multiple identities, the concept of home.

• Participant in “In and Out of the Studio.” A project conducted by Dr. Andra McCartney, Dr. Beverley Diamond, Dr. Karen Pegley, Dr. Ellen Waterman, and others examining gender in relation to sound production. I have spoken and written about my role as a female sound art and sound documentary producer in Canada. Website: see 'project participants,' to link to my work.

• Talking About Abortion: A Resurgence in Sound is currently being re-worked as a sound installation project. It is intended to be shown in university spaces and artist-run galleries.

• Artist in Residency, Deep Wireless: A Celebration in Radio Art. Sponsored by CBC’s Outfront, Charles Street Video and New Adventures in Sound Art. Sound Art Piece: Speaking the Truth of the Moment, broadcast on Outfront, CBC Radio 1, May 25th 2004. New Adventures in Sound Art concert presentation occurred at the Latvian House May 29th 2004.
